NEW EVENTS FOR 2023/24

Natural Wisdom Programme 2023/24

A year long practical and spiritual journey home, exploring our true nature, in nature.

with Ian Watson at Dartington Hall

The programme dates are:

Autumn – 6th and 7th October 2023

Winter – 26th and 27th January 2023

Spring – 26th and 27th April 2024

Summer – 21st and 22nd June 2024

The programme is a gentle journey of discovery across the four seasons, exploring the principles that underpin our lives and guiding us back to our true nature as human beings. Together, we uncover our natural essence and take a deeper look at our innate capacity to live peaceful, creative and fulfilled lives.

Understanding our interdependence with the whole of nature and our unique way of experiencing life as human beings, enables us to more easily navigate the ups and downs of life. The positive impact of taking the time to understand this more deeply results in an ease and balance in life that arises effortlessly as we rest more comfortably in our true nature – a feeling of being at home.

This year long programme comprises of a two day session in each of the seasons (four in total), creating the space and inspiration to understand the principles that underpin our human nature, enabling us to rest in our true nature of peace, wisdom and wellbeing.

“The magic and power of nature is that it can stop our busy mind in its tracks and bring us into the stillness and beauty of the moment.”

What others say about the impact of our programmes and training in their lives…..

“This course has had a significant impact upon me personally in terms of my own wellbeing, self-awareness and relationships; this can only be a positive thing for me and as a leader in my organisation”

‘As a coach I talk less in sessions – I am more comfortable in the quiet and I have definitely moved more towards a position of supporting the other person to explore their own solutions or strategies rather than me advising or suggesting”

“Loved ones have noted a positive tangible change in me, my perception of myself and how I deal with situations, and are curious about how my thinking has changed – so I am able to share my understanding with them”

” In the workplace I notice that colleagues are approaching me more frequently to talk through issues/concerns, and I am far more aware of my own judgements and assumptions, making it easier for me to set these aside and simply hold space for another person”
