Our Story

PeoplePot was created to bring clarity, performance and wellbeing to individuals and organisations.

Our company was born out of our experience of being deep inside organisations, as leaders and also as individuals with the responsibility for developing people, teams and the wider organisation.

The insights we gained along the way, combined with our understanding of the human spirit and psychology, have led us to develop a unique way of supporting individuals and teams to grow, develop and perform.

What we provide goes beyond the normal suite of tools and techniques to the heart of what is at play in human terms. In our experience, this work is transformative, impactful and generates new insights and possibilities that reach far beyond the original scope of our work together.

About Clare Brown

Our creator Clare Brown is a leadership and people expert with over 30 years experience in leading, advising and coaching individuals, teams and organisations.

Her passion for developing people started when she was in school, leading teams of fellow students and observing how to get the best out of them, and win competitions.

And so the seed was planted…………….

Clare has a wealth of experience in Director and senior leadership roles in the public and private sector with particular expertise in the delivery of complex transformation programmes.

As a result Clare works particularly well with individuals, teams and organisations facing major challenges or who need to think differently about where they are and what they do next.

Clare has a natural coaching style bringing insight, challenge and humour to point her clients to their own clarity and wisdom. She works with a range of public and private sector clients supporting individuals, professional teams and senior leaders to unlock their potential and creativity, achieve clarity and translate ideas into action.

Clare also specialises in developing coaches and change workers, enabling them to deepen their understanding of the principles that underpin our human experience and how this enables their work to be more impactful both with individuals and in organisations.

Clare’s approach to her consultancy work is engaging and collaborative. Her key strengths are her ability to create a vision, translate it into deliverable solutions and take you and your business on a successful journey of change.

Clare’s trainings and workshops draw on a wealth of experience in delivering organisational training and development. Her deep understanding of how organisations work, enables her to deliver training that is current, relevant and generative, so that individuals and their organisations gain maximum benefit from their learning investment.

Clare also has a passion for nature and teaching the principles and combines them in a programme that she delivers with her colleague Ian Watson at Dartington Hall. The Natural Wisdom Programme is a practical and spiritual journey home delivered across the four seasons.

Clare has a degree in Business and is an Assessor and Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD). She has undertaken a broad range of coach training over a 25 year period and specifically utilises a principles based approach grounded in the teachings of the late Sydney Banks. She is a Senior EIA EMCC Practitioner and undertakes regular coaching supervision and CPD. Clare is also an artist, inspired by our internal and external landscapes.
